I liked this Interview it started a little too serious with Jon quite bored and tired and as the interview advanced, he started to smile more and relaxed. Probably it’s because Richie was there and he was the one who made him laugh 😂 😂😂 I loved their bros chemistry so much, Richie at the end is the one who got Jon in a better mood. Now there was one interview that not even Richie was able to get Jon in a good mood. But ughh I loved how Richie changed Jon’s mood in a positive way. There is nothing better than seeing Jon laugh or smile and Richie here provoked that a lot. Now I love Richie also for being able to uplift Jon’s mood and make him happier.

Bon Jovi's masterpiece New Jersey actually has the distinction of being the first album by an American group to be released in Russia on the state-owned Soviet label Melodiya records. I've collected a few releases by Melodiya over the years. Richie is quite the joker, always faking different accents. Definitely the kind of guy who I'd like to play pool over some drinks with.

I used to resent Bon Jovi for moving away from their big-haired glam metal/hard rock style from the 80's which was fun but times were changing and things were coming of age. I never understood until it happened to me and how my life experiences shaped me. I'm definitely not the same as I was in my twenties. While I haven't really explored much of what Bon Jovi did beyond 2000, the two albums they made in the 90's really reflected changing times in the world and coming of age, especially These Days. The wisdom in that album is more relevant today than it ever has been. So I appreciate those albums more than ever today. The same thing happened with Metallica, the changing times and coming of age for them manifested in the form of Load, Reload and even S&M.
