It has been heart-lightening to tap into a conversation that is immersed in an authentic take on the complex dynamics of Chef/Father Kagiso, but more broadly, it was also universally captivating to gauge an understanding of how non-linear growth is in every facet of the engaged topics. We need an episode where we speak about childhood traumas from our parents’ marriages/relationships and how they mold the adults/parents/partners we become. It felt like there was a lot there that Rego wasn’t ready to share (fully understandable), but I wonder how it’s impacted who she is today. Great episode 💛
