We bought this house, had alot of work needed to be done, and still needs alot more. Still kinda think we got ripped off on the price some lol. But we got the roof replaced, I redid the floors myself, built a newer deck out of the old deck and some new stuff, I had to reframe almost the whole front of it, put in new windows, some new plumbing.
