I suggest using spline modelling technique, its much customizable if you have to make last minute changes to a finished model.

Hello, it might be caused by the topology of the mesh. If there are many topological poles in the mesh, it might go unstable. But there is an easy fix for this. You can adjust the "Cloth Strength" parameters to be lower then 0.5 instead of the default value 1.0, it should fix the problem. Please let me know if you need any other help.

Very insightful, but as a beginner I don't know what Isoline Display does, it's just visualization trick to reduce the faces complexity or it really brings the model back to the simple topology with just the added circle? Are all these different strategies equals on model complexity?

Is there plans to update the plugin so that it retains the material ids from the base geometry? At the moment as soon as you put the remesher, all the matid information gets lost.

Another thing. When I turn off the modifier on a specific mesh and close max. The modifier will be automatically turned on next time i open the file. WHich makes for a slow opening of the file because of the high polycount. It would be cool if the plugin remembered the status of each modifier.
