U need to join in scribe course for 6months where u can gain real experience with certificate.. for scribe minimum qualification is 12th

Thank you sir. If the patient complaining more than one problem are we reconding as a cc or cc's.for example patient came with complaining of RUQ abdominal pain for 2 months duration, yellowish discolation of eyes for 1month durtion. Are we write this patient's problems; Cc's: Write upper quadrant abdominal pain and yellowish discoloration of eyes for month duration. Or separately Cc; RUQ abdominal pain for 2months duration Cc; yellowish discalartion of eyes for 1month duration.
