I remember seeing this in theaters. It was my senior year in high school. Idk why at the time this movie wasn’t well received like it is now. I think as time has gone on people have come to love it, and the whole streaming part of the movie was ahead of its time.

Sin City 2 and especially this arc is not only bad (poor writing, direction and makeup not as good as in SN1), but it also f*cks up the timeline of Sin City 1. When did all this happen?? Marv's arc in SN1 occurs after Hartigan's death (since in Hartigan's arc, Marv is in the bar scene when Hartigan finds Nancy, then the two immediately leave the place for a motel, Nancy is kidnapped and Hartigan kills himself just after releasing her, all of this happens during one night) yet Marv's arc still includes Nancy looking normal, dancing and helping Marv as usual, either not knowing yet than Hartigan is dead, or not being plunged into despair/revenge because of it. Also, in Marv.s arc, after Goldie's death, Marv spends 2-3 days max searching for her killer (in the farm he says that two days have passed before being knocked out by Kevin), then he's nearly killed, hospitalized and thrown into prison awaiting his death, so I can't see a possible time lapse in which Marv is still free, Hartigan is dead and Nancy knows about it and is planning her revenge

This movie had a lot of moments of brilliance and genuinely strong bits of terror.. but honestly the mom should’ve been cut out. That white horse symbolism felt like pretentious try-hard student film art house. Too heavy handed and tacky and not in a fun way.

I think that this is the best movie trailer for a horror movie of the past decade. They use some deleted footage and i think that they even did some color correction. I get excited to see it even now. With the actual movie it´s another story...

I'm confused. I thought Marv was supposed to be dead. A Dame to Kill For is supposed to be a prequel, yet Nancy's Last Dance takes place after the Yellow Bastard storyline.
