Nice piece. Enjoyed it very much. How was this recorded? The video switches from strings to woodwinds to brass and I am curious, if it was recorded in different takes, how it was synced up as that would require a click track, not common in classical recordings.. or was the video done after a complete audio performance and "lip-synced"?

Thanks. Each group and was recorded separately with the conductor listening to a metronome. The strings also recorded an "organic" version, straight through without metronome. I then mixed all the tracks and made whatever timing corrections were necessary to align the tempi in Cubase.

Really disappointed to see Ruth Bader Ginsburg's name misspelled (0:06).

Very nice composition and virtual performance! Wow, that had to be really interesting putting it together. A big hello to all my friends there. I see a number of faces I don't recognize.

I'm thinking the reason the acccompaniment voice didn't sound "detache" was because it was a Dorico playback rather than a live performance. I would like to hear it with a bassoon as the accompaniment. Pleasant listen.
