I don't think it will grow your hair faster because that has to do with genetics. It looks fuller I have to say. Looking good! But either way if you at some point in the future do decide to shave your hair. It wil suit you as well. It's all about the shape of the face and you are blessed. ;) Thx for the review!

Good video, thanks. I don’t have hip replacement, but my left hip is a little bit out of place that causes pain after long day walking. One day I was getting out of the car, I set one foot out and put all my body weight on one side of my left hip to get out of the vehicle and this is when it happened. First I pulled my muscle around the hip, I was limping, not because of hip pain, but the muscles that surround the hip. Now my hip shifted against the socket that causes pain. Doctor said to cut it and replace it with titanium hip. I won’t do it. I started to wear hip brace by Bodymate, stretch and do inversion hanging, using straps around my ankle. It does help, but I noticed that after my injury, my left leg became a little bit shorter that causes uneven walk. This is my third time doing such exercises, I hope it will help with more exercises.

@@stayhomedad Thank you for your advice. I had once dislocated my shoulder and it was easy to fix it because I can let it rest and heal without having it in motion. I know I didn't listen so maybe you already know this, but I'm now making this comment after you said that there may have been some energy issues. Of course! And that weakness comes from having no fuel. For our body, the main fuel is carbohydrates. And when it started going to purely fat because you just don't have the carbon tank with protein shakes, you are a bit weaker and your muscles a bit deflated. Which is why bodybuilders will do this, get into ketosis, and then the day of competition they will drink a heavy syrup. And a bunch of it. And their muscles will fill full of glycogen! And for every molecule of glycogen you need three molecules of water so then they don't drink almost any water, just a little bit. And then get all fake tanned and greased up for the show. And then right after all that's done and the day is complete they go and drink a ton of water because they are thirsty! That's what gives that extra vascular look even when you are already low body fat. But this is really no different than doing a full-on Keto diet. Only difference is you need to supplement sodium magnesium and salt.

Try some water fasting. Many health benefits. Do it in 72-96 h bursts. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time and telomeres are lengthened, which also helps with lung fibrosis. The hunger hormone ghrelin lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy! Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Fasting increases nitric oxide. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Losing weight through intermittent fasting shows greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Eating one meal a day can bring most of these benefits to a lesser degree, and adding a few entire days off from eating per week will have even more effect especially when starting to feel poorly. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. I’m going to be the first to comment and I wanna say congratulations on all the progress that you’re doing I was wondering myself doing keto and learning different diets in different food changing things but you have to learn it it’s a process I was wondering was 10 ounce meal even a would it produce weight loss because I know I’m greedy always have been greedy but I’ve always been able to lose weight it didn’t bother me losing but I needed to learn to control and cut back and not be as greedy and to be satisfied.
@stayhomedad
@stayhomedad 2 жыл бұрын
That’s the whole point of the routine. I’m not just greedy, I flat out pig out when I be getting eat. If you can train yourself to eat every 4 hours, and eat 10oz or even 8 oz it will slow and steady loose the weight… but it’s a commitment, you have to make sure that’s it. Personally I drink one soda or glass of juice a day and mix a big 42oz water bottle for drink in mornings, I haven’t quit the routine… I’m actually recovering from a 5 day binge eating I did on Independence Day. I was back up to 210, and I’m back down to 200LBS, this go around I’m doing 8oz meals to prove the theory. If I could stick to it without getting drunk and binge eating (when I go to concerts) or getting high and getting munchies. See food isn’t my only addiction. And when I throw in weed and alcohol really messes me up. But with this routine, there is so many more benifits than any other diet I’ve ever been on. For one the lack of the depression that comes with the other diet… the lack of energy that comes with other diets, the lack of wonderful tasty carbs and sugars that comes with the other ones. And shoot this eating routine you can still do those diets. All this is doing is limiting the intake to how much you can digest every 4 hours.

I like that you are experimenting and sharing the results. I'm overweight but not much. I made a huge list of items I commonly eat and worked out how much protein and calories there was in each portion. I then divided the protein by the kcal to work out which foods have the best and worst ratios of protein to calories. This chart has changed my life and shown me a lot. They say Americans don't lack protein but if you want to feel full and keep muscle when you lose weight, you're going to need around 160-180 grams a day. Good luck Brother. :)

Only matters if you have health issues that require low sugar. This is the last diet I will ever be on. I feel amazing. If you truly want to lose weight and feel great, do this diet. All you have to do is eat 2.5 oz per hour your awake, and the more precise you can do the better you will feel. Like me for instance I try and eat at 8, 12, 4, 8 because I get up at 8 currently and go to bed at midnight, so I do 4x 10oz meals. Because I don’t have time to do 8 5oz meals every 2hours. I can barely make the 4 10oz meals because how energetic and active I am and feel. It sounds crazy but please try it… my wife and mom won’t try it because it’s hard to believe that eating more food will make a person lose weight. But I understand how the human body works I think, of course I’m no scientist but it’s working for me, and my 3 kids. Everyone’s issue is they are more worried about what they are eating (which doing it this way it don’t matter what you eat btw) then how much and when they are eating… I’m convinced the adult body can only digest 2.5 oz of food an hour, and if you give your body just enough for it to digest it’s like gas to a fire, as not enough food there is no fuel to feel motivated, and if you give yourself too much it’s smothering your digestive track and when you do that there is build up and your body turns the excess food that it can’t burn into fat… I’m serious, if I’m wrong let me know. So far every one I got to try it, seams like they are at least feeling happier and more energetic if not losing weight. If I’m right about this… the whole world is about to change the way they eat I bet ya.
