Cast players around him are not efficient enough. As unique as he may be, he still want to play a team basketball. Not a selfish one. He understood what took solo mission players half of their career to understand. The level of a team is determined by its weakest link. A leader knows his own value. His real job is elevating his team-mates self belief and level as contributors.
