I am about to have the sleeve done at Mexico bariatric. I am about the size you were. I am 5 11 and weight is 332. How have you dealt with the issues of loose skin. I am looking to come down to 215 to 220 pounds

How many sutures do you normally put for this type of surgery?

The number of sutures used during an Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) can vary depending on the surgeon and the specific anatomy of the patient. Typically, 8 to 12 sutures are placed along the stomach to reduce its volume.

Hello, I have a question... Would you do the Duodenal Switch or The Sadi-S on a person whose BMI is between 40 to 45? If the person has to do the revision from gastric sleeve to duodenal switch or Sadi-S...Do you revise the sleeve to make it smaller? N do you automatically take out the gallbladder when the patient has the duodenal switch or Sadi-S bariatric surgery?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to Mexico Bariatric Center! To answer your questions: Yes, we do perform the Duodenal Switch (DS) and SADI-S procedures for patients with a BMI between 40 to 45. Each case is carefully evaluated to determine the best surgical option based on the individual’s health, weight loss goals, and medical history. When revising from a gastric sleeve to the Duodenal Switch or SADI-S, our surgeons assess the condition of the existing sleeve. If necessary, adjustments can be made to reshape or resize the sleeve to optimize the outcome of the revision surgery. Gallbladder removal is not automatically performed during Duodenal Switch or SADI-S procedures. This is basically a mechanical diet. All of your food is pre-digested because it’s never fully solid until the fifth day. This looks like it will work. I think I’ll try it. I need to lose some weight in this can get me started.

I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2010 but I backed up 3 times and was already in the process of getting my surgery done I wasn’t obese that’s why I backed up on my surgery day i was really young and I was this close to getting into the process I did the process of bariatric surgery like 3 times I even did the classes, the testing and etc, but till this day my dr still offers me bariatric surgery and weight loss injections ‘ I did my research about bariatric surgery, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now 😌

I stopped taking it two weeks ago. I am having high wbc count and blood clotting issues. They can't figure out what is causing it so I eliminated Ozempic. I think they are making me ill with all these medications.
