Interesting how the end is designed (what u replaced) to add a extra disc... would think that would've made the long bolt a foot longer to accommodate all the disc's. Looks like u made quick work of it tho 👍

Personally I know that there is one in Kentucky that is running. It's a French childhood friend who bought a farm in Kentucky. He bought one after the others. Area I don't know or exactly, I just know. that there are a lot of them in action in Missouri and the states further south in the north it's like in France there must be one or maybe two or more but I have doubts because in the far north it 'is far too rare and yes it is a very impressive machine to see in action in France there were only 2 out of the 35 sold at the time and in Alsace it was the Hesston dealer who sold them under the name new idea uni system Hesston with the logo of the concession

We have a 265 gallon tote with a 1 inch pump from harbor freight on it with 30 feet of hose, in the back of a pickup,works great! Then when we wash the equipment, we put 1/2 gal Dawn soap in it soak down the equipment,then spray it down. It sprays about 50 feet and plenty volume to knock off heavy residue.

That thing on the fan was a kit, so your fan clutch went. You still had a fan. Otherwise, it would stop we also have a 4955 we love the thing tho when we bought it it was in a sorry state due to the air cleaner being put on backwards we use it to pull a john deere airseeder thos year it pulled a 32 foot flex coil and got a heck of a workout hopefully are 9400 4wd is running next spring

Love the sound of those R-72's with the straight pipe. Does it have an M-11 engine in it? I grew up and helped on a farm over by the Newton/Jasper county line in Indiana. The farm always ran Gleaners and ran that same type of R-72 with an 8 row head and then a 30ft grain head up until around 2004.

@@itsmike1857 thanks for watching. Well we’ve had 38s as long as I can remember, as for our yield we do just as good as our neighbors who are on 30s, it does make it nice for spraying when the corn is up because there’s more room for the wheels if the corn is taller.

@@Hinesfarm-Indiana not on the drone because the propellers will always be too loud to capture any audio anyway but I have recently experimented with editing in audio of the machines from regular video I took on the ground to the drone video. I still just use Imovie to edit it.

@ hey glad it helped, yeah I’ve got to pull the rotor on our r52 this winter and take the gear box out of it, it’s leaking oil around the one seal.
