Total torture!!!... because I am having none. I had one in Florence. It was only 880 grams - could it be that it was near the end of the T-bone? My wife had two bites, I washed it down with a half bottle of Montalcino. I can still remember how it tasted like.

Intresting in the 80's we called that fried spaghetti in the States on the EastCoast. With no microwave, we would reheat leftover spaghetti in a pan with little butter and light brown suger or hot sauce of choice 😋

Thank you for the video! I made Baked Alaska when the Olympic torch was being carried past our house (years ago now). I baked it in the oven and then whisky flambéd it so that it was like the Olympic torch. The ice-cream was still firm and cold inside! The cake has made me remember the day so well. Love how you cut into the cake at the end to show us!

250g of tagliatelle serve 4 people on a diet or 4 kids maybe. trust me, do 100g per person if they’re dried tagliatelle or 150g if they’re fresh. especially if you’re having them as a main and there’s no entree or second course

Hi Michelle- I thought we mentioned this in the video, but the closest cheese you can find to the original processed cheese in the US would be Velveeta. In the video, we used a very similar processed cheese from Italy which does not require refrigeration. Velveeta in fact was invented in 1918. Hope that helps!

My mom and both grandmas have done this all their lives. Result is amazing. Theoretically you can do this with a machine but honestly you can tell the difference if you're used to hand made. Thank you for sharing.

I've always been a big fan of Quattro Formagi, pasta sauce and pizza. Not many restaurants get the pasta sauce right though. For some reason I never tried making it myself, I always just stuck with a gorgonzola sauce that I make, I tried this recipe and I don't think I'm going back again! This is gorgeous!

Freeze it after filling the mold for a few hours and then take it out and bake when you need it.
