I had just read a post about the terrible knitters of Dent (UK) who used knitting sticks in order to knit one handed. Now I'm considering how this could work well with a knitting stick lol

I have a full set of blush metal furls. They are weighty also, and are 7 inches long as well. I love them, but I paid over 300.00 for the complete set. I crochet all the time. I'm going to check this set out also, the heads on the furls are similar to the susan bates also.

Another great video! January 1st I bought the same needing needles and the famous metal Tunisian crochet hooks. In 2025 I want to learn knitting and officially finish a Tunisian crochet project. I’ve been crocheting for over 10 years. Along with that order, I tried one of the purple cords. I was so excited they fit. I went back and immediately ordered one in each size. Also the cords work with both the knitting needles and the Tunisian crochet hooks. They’re all interchangeable and all swivel cords so bonus!! Also the knitting needles are awesome! I’ve never tried anything else, but from the get-go they worked for me. I’m not sure what more you could ask for.

I have a few of these. I rarely use them on my wrist. If there's a way to have it dangle from something in front of me that's usually what I do. If that strap had an adjustable buckle or snaps so that we could hang it from the back of chairs, such as at the doctor's office, that would be nice. Now that I think about it I may cut my strap and add a snap closure!

I love the fingerless gloves and this year I would like to learn how to knit. I have been crocheting for over 40 yrs and last year I taught myself tunisian crochet, broomstick lace and hairpin lace, now I need to learn knitting.

I just use a lighter or match carefully, to test plastic versus natural fibers, which go to ash, if they are not blended. Never used a gadget. Never heard of this before, thanks. 3:12

Ugh...i bought these from Amazon a while back and was so pissed to find out they're plastic. On top of that they snag because they're not smooth at the tip... it's like wherever the plastic seperate there's a seam. I tried them and never used. Just horrible!

Is the Tom Daily yarn soft after wash and dry?

I've had this set for a week. Been using the 5mm everyday. I love them, but they're starting to loosen where they connect. Which then causes the tip to start coming out. Thought maybe it was a one time thing at first. Maybe I didn't tighten it enough. But no. It's kept doing it. S😢

I’m joining mine as I go so it’s not so stressful at the end. 😊
