would love to see boots unify and see what happens at 154, more names there and making the PBC fights will be hard

He's suing him for more than battery. If Regis is as against as much as he says he is, it doesn't matter how much was in his system.

I’ve always like Regis but all this Haney excuses is getting old. They could have fought for 12 days straight & Regis was never going to win a single round . I get his trying to sell his fights, do it without using Devin’s name or any excuses about that fight..

Regis Is a fighter nit a lawyer. He doesn't see it. Haney is actually setting a precedent. You know how people complain of things and hope someone else takes care of it? Somebody has to be that somebody.

saw you were hosting the SI pod and went to download it. However a few years ago on this podcast Rohan went on a lengthy Anti America diatribe. No thanks, he sucks.

How cocky and rude was Tim in some of the pre fight interviews , sayings things like hes stupid, a mummbler . He even said i havent really watched much of him i know how to turn it on . His ego got him smeshed!
@jasonmananquil80405 күн бұрын
Instead he need a better corner. His corner doesn’t have the capabilities to adjust on a better game plan to his opponents. His corner is one dimensional. I feel bad wasting his talent and not being properly enhanced by his coaches . They seemed to be complacent already on his game.

Siting Bakhram last fight is foolish. That fight was during Ramadan, that was diminished version of Bakhram.

How do you have the platform you have and you are only able to muster 30 views on KZbin? Surely your bosses should see coupled with the global lack of respect for your scorecards and knowledge of the sport and send you on your way.

Tszyu and his team thought that they would beat Murtazaliev. No bad matchmaking there. Tszyu wanted to stay relevant, because waiting for another chance at a title can be a real problem in today's boxing. It's not as easy as to say that it was bad matchmaking, imho.
@jamessmithiii41296 күн бұрын
If I'm Scull, I go to the promoter that commits to promoting ME. At least two fights before giving me a big money fight with the guy they want to give the title shot to. That way win or lose the big money fight you are more of a name afterwards... got to aim to be a bit more than the guy so and so beat for the title.
@jamessmithiii41296 күн бұрын
Tim Tyzsu is out the championship mix because he just had his title shot and lost by KO. Why should he be in it? When you have your shot and lose convincingly you are out the mix, for at least the near future. Surprisingly agree with Chris on this... it's a bad loss but not bad matchmaking
@michaelcooney-t4i6 күн бұрын
sorry but tim tszyu is in a ex world camp, he should fight any body in the top 10, he has just been living in a time warp, make all world champions fight 3 times a year, if injured they can dodge 1 fight only, result would be lots of world champs not loads of dodgers like we have now, 1 fight a year for most of them, give the public fights.

5:28 🤣🤣 I always enjoyed the DAZN segment yall had together. Interactions like this are always so damn funny. You always poke fun at Sergio and the crazy things he would say like "pecil neck"🤣 Really enjoying these episodes
@12brutalrounds876 күн бұрын
How is a championship fight bad match making? 😂 What's bad is tim getting another title shot off a loss. I'm sure his name had nothing to do with it. The hype is over.
@samgreer82746 күн бұрын
2:50 yeah but if Tim was like 'I dont wan't a tune up fight', then why did he fight Bakhram with a tune up fight mentality. Tim was talking about future big name fights and how he felt that Bakhram wasnt very smart and this was in the lead up to that fight.
@guru777716 күн бұрын
I really enjoy your podcast and both of your views it provides different perspective and interesting analysis!
@motsy156 күн бұрын
Bakhrams fight with culcay was during Ramadan. He could t eat or drink during the day for 30 days. Training, cutting weight and unable to drink water even until sundown. That’s why he looked bad. You made the same mistake Tim’s team did 😂your guest is right. Bakhram fought 10 fights at 160 and knocked out all of them. He has never been knocked out. He’s a lot bigger than Tim. It was bad matchmaking. Bad training, bad strategy, no adjustments. No research on an opponent that is a champion!

Moras attitude is everything wrong with boxing, claimed in Haney video guys need to be macho now says dont take risks
@dancallan19076 күн бұрын
Haha sergio is obviously irritated by the sound of the name ...tszyu... u sure kostya didnt use him as a punching bag back in the day haha hes such a hater. Anyone with 2 eyes if they are honest with themself would know that wasnt the real tim tszyu in that ring the other day.. he got too excited and wanted to try put bakram down but bakram beat him too it and tim got clipped.. never recovered after the first knock down
@dancallan19076 күн бұрын
If you watch everyone of tims previous fights youd know he normally takes his time and feels them out... ill say this one thing tho.. Bahkram is either a dead set untouchable killer at 154 and nowone else will touch him... OR.. he dropped tim by fluke... and then its not very hard to drop someone multiple times if they are still on wobbly legs with too much time in the round still...

Tim Tsyzu needs to take 3-4 fights to develop then make one last title run. If anything, he learned what happens when you rush into hard fights back to back.
