Thank you so much for this detailed presentation on education system. It really helps me to understand and making my strategic decisions for my children. Question: can you please add more information on STEM program? I have seen some school has low scoring on Fraser but they provide STEM. I am unsure if that is a good one to enroll.

The ratings of a school is based on an aggregate of the test scores across all programs offered at the school. Does this STEM school offer other programs? You can also ask the Principal for the average for the STEM students only. I will encourage you to visit the school during the open house, ask questions and check if it has the structure and resources in place to support your child. If the school ranking is low for the STEM program, then it means they are not covering the syllabus well enough to enable the students perform well at the PATs.
