Here's one to keep close to your heart; Trump and his clowncar of goons are all the same; grifters loaded up on debt just waiting for the next insider tip or dollar crashing currency catastrophe- this means a battle with the Fed. Whatever they may spout, they'll send our national debt into space, cashing in on the immediate increase in buying power and intending to either default or cash in on the inflated new price, or just pay it off with cheaper dollars. Meanwhile, the rest of the world sees him coming this time, and they won't be in the mood to put up with it, especially since he's a senile old man who may not even serve out his whole term. Elon, J.D., and Peter Thiel are salivating at the chance to make their new sock puppet sing and dance their tune, and they'll '25th Amendment' him if he doesn't.

Incremental sales of grain sounds similar to me of investing using dollar cost averaging. You spread your risk.

You're doing a fantastic job! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

This had been the most therapeutic conversation about marketing I've ever heard. I've been so worried I'm making mistakes and being stupid with my marketing, but Angie pretty much made me feel safe in my decisions in doing incremental marketing. We're one of the last smaller operations in our area, and it's feeling like rain on the scare crow blood on the plow around here. I've got "friends" telling me I need to be doing all kinds of crazy complicated marketing, but if I don't understand it and it doesn't make sense I'm not going to do it. We've got the cash flow and can cover our bills. I sold some corn right out of the field, hedged some for summer delivery, and I'm holding some and doing nothing, and that's it! Thank you, Angie, for basically reassuring us "dumb farmers" that we're not that dumb. 😊

Those 3 need to consider the fact that because the older sibling stayed on the farm enabled the farm to build and put those who wanted to go to college.

I just heard about the BOI reporting requirement for LLCs not sure if this applies to anyone on the farm but it’s due by January 1 2025 or you can get $500 a day fines.

The estate plan needs to be started early when the parents are still able to go to a lawyer without the kids involved. They need to talk to the kids and start a plan around their wishes. Then update the plan as time goes on and changes happen. They also need to take into account the surviving spouse and their care. A care agreement is necessary to protect the parents if/when they become vulnerable and unable to deal with their estate without help. That’s when things get crazy. Add in pressures to sell farmland to enterprising entities or neighbors and it is an ugly picture. Families get split over this forever if the kids end up duking it out. And often the farm is the first to go as the as the kids that want out want their share of assets.

In July 1936, the United States experienced a record-breaking heat wave that was part of the Dust Bowl era. The heat wave was especially intense in the Plains, Upper Midwest, and Great Lakes regions. Temperatures reached 100°F or higher for 11 days in a row, and some locations in Illinois saw temperatures over 110°F. The heat wave was made worse by poor farming practices and a prolonged drought. Around 5,000 people died from the heat.
