The text on the window of Alles Gute Bakery translates as: “German bread is not only popular worldwide, but also unique in its variety. In the bakery craft, which has developed and preserved the variety and quality of German bread over the centuries, the old traditions still live on today, whereby the latest scientific findings are always incorporated into the production of baked goods. The regional diversity of breads in Germany is based above all on the special soil and climatic conditions and the political, historical and geographical development of Germany.”

I enjoyed your shopping vlogs in new york, paris and milan more, you are more secure and surefooted. In Seoul, It will take time to get your footing and show us good places to shop new, vintage or hidden gems.

Thank you! I'll slowly starting to "get it". Recently, I've found a few places I really like, so I'm going to include those in my next shopping vlog!

Oh how strange but beautiful! I live right where the flea market is every Sunday and I go to Villa Sciarra every time I need some time to just be. I moved to Rome 2 years ago, and have found, am finding, myself here every day. Thank you for this lovely video
@FineasJacksonАй бұрын
That's amazing to hear! In some ways I'm envious-it would be a pleasure to go to Villa Sciarra whenever I wished. I'm glad that Rome has treated you well. I miss it dearly, now, as I live in a megacity. Thank you for your comment!

Visited seoul for 4 days last year, on my way to Japan. loved it. Like would love to live there for a bit, but not sure how if I don't speak Korean. You def got to do some chips to Japan and China if you haven't already, due to your proximity. Both amazing countrys. You have such a cozy vibe to your videos by the way. YOu are chill, and well articulated. The colour grading adds to it too

Thank you for this comment! I'll be hitting Japan in December before I go home, which I am immensely excited about. My relationship with Korea has been super up and down (and it's only been like 2 weeks), but there is definitely a lot to love here. I'm glad you like the colour of the videos; I put a lot of effort in (but sometimes I feel it is a bit overdone). Trying to find the balance between vibrant and natural. Glad to have you along for the journey!

@@FineasJackson I can imagine for someone going to east asia, or asia in general for first time it can be quite a lot. And living there is completely different than visiting for a week. I myself am south asian, raised in UK but visiting around Asia since I'm young and raised around Asian cultures so its different for me. To me that side of the world has different energy... less individualism that is often championed so much in the west. More about collectivisim, and also the spiritual undercurrent that runs through influenced by Buddhism, hinduism, taosim, shintoism. Things are changing though with capitalism seeping into all parts of the world. South Korea really drank the capitalism kool-aid and it now it seems to be biting them in the rear, with aging population etc. Anyway - amazing life decision you've made, and will learn a lot through facing the fear and uncomfortable times. All the best.

I have a somewhat strange question about Korean culture :D. I just bought a very aggressive American toothpaste that is illegal here in the European Union. Can you say something about the teeth of South Koreans? Do they look more natural or as pure white as the teeth of many Americans?
@FineasJacksonАй бұрын
Hmmm...that's actually a tough question. All Koreans are pretty polished appearance wise. In terms of teeth, I've noticed they brush more often (like after every meal), but can't give a indication as to whether their teeth are more natural. Let me get back to you on this.

Oof. Moving during the rainy season. But congrats!!!! And all the street food, the drinking, the shopping. I love Seoul. And learning the language is helpful. While the language might be a challenge, at least reading it is easy.

Perfect choice of music for the topic and an introduction from a Hollywood movie. Normally I'm too posh to use the word cool, but this is really ... cool. This time the handkerchief frames the face without distracting from it. I'm curious to see where you'll be traveling soon. PS: A video about your taste in watches and jewelry would be interesting

This is the reality of living ur truth but I swear to god man there’s more people out there like us. Dont focus on the entrepreneurs who made it big, find yourself in a community of artists and if your business focused you can manage an artist but I swear if you get yourself in a creative circle you will find other free thinkers who yearn to be fulfilled by doing the hard work and staying true. You’ve made it far I can tell but just trust it’s not about being the best it’s about being you and people who don’t get that are gonna keep making it hard for you and those who get the struggle are gonna help alleviate some of this pain that we go through cuz they Get It Man in the same way that you do.

You are quite the handsome man and cut a fine figure. My only suggestion is to either hold the clothes higher up so the viewer can get a netter view, or move the camera further away to show more. Now as for the zippered jeans, I'd enjoy unzipping them and discover the quality beneath. ❤
