So is inventory for resale considered intangible
@AcumenLearning2 ай бұрын
No, inventory is a tangible asset. So everything on Walmart's shelves is a tangible asset.

Thanks for the info. How do yu approach the following in an interview,. Business acumen, budgeting, managing expenses, cost containment and revenue -generating skills. Nurse manager.
@AcumenLearning6 ай бұрын
Highlight instances where you effectively managed expenses, implemented cost-containment strategies and contributed to revenue generation or cost-saving initiatives. For example, you could discuss your involvement in developing and managing departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation to improve efficiency, or implementing protocols to reduce waste and control expenses while maintaining high-quality patient care. Hope that helps!

This is great info, another example would be CEO stock compensation that would only show up in GAAP statements

i'm currently doing grade 12 accounting and we use amortization to calculate amortization rates of things like vehicles and equipment. does anyone know why this is? I live in Canada, does that matter?
@InflationProof282 ай бұрын
Well in the United States its because of the securities Market. We use commercial paper alongside of tangible assets such as vehicles, real estate.Perhaps its the same in Canada.🤷
