Such a beautiful cabana. I am going on my first solo cruise next year. I went all out and purchased one of these cabanas. I’m curious to how you go about inviting fellow cruisers that you meet and want to share the experience with. Thank you in advance if you have any advice. ☺️

Hello. You made a excellent choice by purchasing this cabana. You will not regret it. When you get onboard, you will receive a message on your Royal Caribbean App asking if you have any guest that will be joining you. Add the number of guests that will be joining you, their names, and their cabin/stateroom number. If you do not receive the message, you can go down to guest services, and they can have them added. Hopefully that helps. 😀

Would you recommend for a 40th birthday to get the hideout cabana that you stayed in or would you choose the hideaway ones that are closer to the main pool?

Hello. Good question. It’s really all about personal preference. We really enjoyed the cabana that we stayed in because we had our own personal space away from all of the noise and crowds. The service was excellent and we were so relaxed, we laid on the couch and took a nap. 😂 I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and Happy 40th Birthday!!!🥳

If I purchase a cabana, does everyone that use the cabana need the drink package, my parents don't drink

Hello. Excellent question. Your parents do not have to purchase the drink package to use the cabana. When you arrive, the mini fridge is locked. Your cabana attendant will ask if you would like to have it unlocked, and they will also ask, do you have a drink package. If you would like to leave it locked, you can purchase your beverage from one of the nearby bars. My wife and I do not drink; however, we did purchase the soda package. We had them unlock the fridge so we could enjoy Diet Coke and Sprite. 😂 Hopefully, that helps.

Thanks for the tour! I have a couple questions if you don’t mind. Could you hear your neighbors through the connecting door? Could you see all the way forward and aft from your balcony?

You’re welcome and thank you for watching. We actually did not hear our neighbors during the entire cruise. Either the door is soundproof or our neighbors were super quiet. 😀 And from the balcony, you can also see all the way forward and aft.

Thanks so much for posting this. How loud were the Hideout Cabanas? It sounds like you can at least hear the bass thumping. I'm hoping to be able to go to the main pool area when we want the party vibe, but then get at least some tranquility in the cabana area.

The Hideout Cabanas are very peaceful. You actually control the volume of the music inside of the cabana. You can change the channel inside of the cabana to play the same music that’s playing at the main pool area. You can also connect your own device and play music.
