My current weight 58 kg. BP 120/90. Random blood sugar 6.40 Creatinine 1.28 mg/dl. eGFR 70 ml/min/1.73 m٨2. Urine Albumin Nil I stopped eating red meat, soft drinks, saturated fat. Trans fat etc...
