It's unfortunate that you can't get this separately. I'd personally recommend only getting this through Crew. For about the price of 1500 vbucks (12 USD) you get the Music Pass and 1000 vbucks, and if you are really patient, you can wait till the last day of this Festival season, buy Crew, claim all the rewards from this season's Music Pass (the levels you've done without buying the pass stack even if the game doesn't show it), then have plenty of time to claim the rewards from Season 8's Music Pass
