Ok I know this video is very old at this point but - she mentions applying bergamot oil directly to the skin. This oil is irritating to skin and you should never use bergamot unless it is HIGHLY diluted. (At which point I'm not sure you'll even get much of the the aromatherapy benefit). Research your skin irritants before ever applying to someone!
