Absolutely agree, Katherine's interpretation of this Simon Armitage poem is stunning, but their working relationship is not new - this song is their second outing. Their first is called 'Close Season'. Worth checking out 👍🎶

A lovely composition that builds to something even lovelier. I was getting some Cruise/Badalamenti vibes from the penultimate stanza. Absolutely beautiful.

Katherine you are a true poet as well as an outstanding singer and songwriter. You can simply read your words and they work perfectly, moving, insightful and touching.
