Well just by me having a little common sense, how can a bridge to be fix right now? they first would need a contractor, procurement by law and if it's was already promised for september, then with all those months of very rainfall that can also hold off any project.

Im glad to see it running to StThomas as it will help to minimize the bus shortage in and out of St Thomas. I do hope though, that there will be enough passenger business to offset the cost to operate the JUTC in St Thomas.

Born and grow in Port Morant and live here 4 decades now. And Port Morant not flooding again like it used to. This is nothing compared to what used to happen.Things like these happen when people just put up buildings without proper networking and planning. And the citizens do not dispose of garbage properly therefore blocking the drains. Rivercourse and all the outlets provided by the environment for the water to run off. THAT WATER IS MOSTLY STAGNANT WATER. And We as citizens often look for others to blame and not see where we should be held responsible for our own actions. Instead of complaining they could find a way to channel out some of the water. But nobody wants to volunteer these days. Even if it is something that will benefit us.

I am looking forward to visiting the urban center when it open and I will be taking jutc to make my visit,commerce is going to open up in St Thomas

Don't know of any other the new roads in JA finish without faults. Junction road in St.Mary etc. Poor drainage, potholes flooding, breakaway lack of hard drive no penalty of service facilities, road crossings etc

Catch basins and trunk sewer. it's not cheap
