Not of the living Dead original had the first fast zombie in the graveyard in the beginning and he used to brick that's tool usage and running so it looks like zombies could be anything at that point

This re-make of the film is better than the original and all the other living dead etc movies that were made after.

It is a great one. I first caught it on HBO one Halloween when they were doing a George Romero marathon in like 1995/96. Me and my brother liked it a lot lol. I recorded it off TV as well. I also remember it played on Joe Bobs Monster vision a couple different times in the late 90s

Film Flamers is one of two podcasts that I actually listen to and the only one that film reviews. Being the only Horror lover in my family I really appreciate Robert and Chris's hilarious takes on every film they watch! Not only are your reviews spot on, but your "quotes" on "quotes" is pee-my-pants fuuuunnnnnyyyyy!!! I will forever hear "They're all going to laugh at you," "fuck ne gently with a chainsaw," and my favorite from "The Exorcist II" " YA,YA,YA..." Don't ever become too famous that you end this podcast and by proxy, the best thing on the internet! By the way, any thoughts about deep diving my favorite French horror film "High Tension?"-kittykelly

Not true that Dan doesn’t get punished. He does . He loses his family at some point but he gets forgiven by his wife the woman he loves after she almost died. How much more does he need to pay? He wasn’t supposed to know Alex was so deeply mentally ill. I don’t think he should “keep his dick in his pants” this is very puritanical. My humble opinion

Interesting feedback! Do you have any specific examples? Could it be a joke that you didn't understand or find funny? Or are you annoyed at the sound of the laughter itself? Is this something you feel could be fixed, or is it possible the podcast just isn't for you?

Enjoyed the review. Subscribing. BTW, if you guys are interested I did a retrospective on Sunshine. Mainly focused on defending some of the aspects of the third act that you guys talked about. It thematically fits the film, but it's highly misunderstood.

you guys are deffinetly flamers forsure, Its titled horror podcast and all I heard for the five minutes i paid attention for was the host talking about how gay he is and how much he likes this and that actor if you guys wanna talk horror here's some reccomendations for some actual horror topics try talking about these instead of how gay you are nobody cares. I like how this is similar to a real life case, the Christopher Dorner case. I never looked much into predictive programming, too many and don’t know where to start with that subject. This definitely has got to be one of those types of things tho I guess. Anyway Denzel Washington is so dope lolz

The most fascinating part about this movie is that if this would have been made today shot by shot, I believe it would get raving reviews similar to some of the Blumhouse productions that share an unintentional-seeming comedic element. It would be talked about as some kind of genius subversive commentary even if made by a straight director (Ari Aster?). I’m no way saying that that is really what Friedkin was trying to do, but if made today with a modern view on homosexuality by the GP, the straight male lead would probably be featured in OUT Magazine for taking on something this ambiguous.
