Have you ever heard of Onuma Quasi-National Park? It's like stepping into a dream with its stunning landscapes of volcanic lakes and lush greenery! The sight of those islands dotting the water is simply surreal. What's your favorite place that feels like it's straight out of a storybook?

Any advice on how to get business class at a reasonable price? Narita looks much improved since my layover in 2017.
@paulyiustravelogue9 ай бұрын
Assuming you do not have the necessary mileage to redeem a ticket outright, here are a couple of ideas to consider. Using a credit card that earns you points is a great way to increase your mileage. I used my points to pay for half of my fare this time. Another suggestion would be to keep your travel plan flexible. Airlines tend to charge more on certain day(s) in the week, and less on others. If you can keep your itinerary flexible, you could score a relatively cheaper fare.

The Grand Class facility on the Shinkansen is provided only on the Tohoku, Hokkaido, Hokuriku, and Joetsu Shinkansens. The Tokaido Shinkansen in this video (the line that runs from Tokyo to Kyoto) does not have a Grand Class car, and should only have a Green Car. There are differences in seat configuration, rows, and service between Grand Class and Green Car and Normal Car. The seats in Grand Class are 2 rows by 1 row, and the seat pitch is very spacious. Green Car has 2 rows x 2 rows of seats, and Normal Car has 3 rows x 2 rows in principle, and the seat pitch is narrower than that of Grand Class.

Hi!!.....Great video...I am planning to head up Mt Fuji 5th Station on the 15 or 16 of December 2023. Is it possible to drive and park up there? If driving and/or parking is not allowed and only taxi or bus is, do I need to take the bus down? Can I am assume I can walk from the 5th Station to the 6th Station and which would be the highest point I can up to in this mid December? Thank you
@paulyiustravelogue Жыл бұрын
Typically part of the road toward the 5th station would be covered by snow by that time in December, and authority would close the road; thus driving up there impossible. That also means other means of travel such as tour bus possibly impossible also. I suggest you keep track with the updates on the road's office site here: subaruline.jp/e/index.html

A lot of us took pictures and videos. I don’t think they can stop everyone! Lol! Plus, according to a security person I had a chat with, or at least in London, that they won’t stop people from taking pictures using a D-SLR, but you can’t use it to shoot videos. Phones, on the other hand, you can use them how ever you like. Again, that was the arrangement in London, and I guess you just have to play it by ear. Cheers and enjoy the show 👍🏻

The catering service was excellent, but only 1 meal for this flight was disappointing. I really want to try ANA's A380 in the future. Those A380s only fly to HNL, don't they? I wish they flew to some more destinations.
@paulyiustravelogue Жыл бұрын
Yes, there was only 1 meal for the flight. Keep in mind, however, this leg of the flight is barely 7 hours long; and I think serving just a single meal is adequate. You can always ring for dessert. *wink wink* Their 3 A380s typically only operate on this route, but there were once occasional sightseeing flights during the pandemic when this route was temporarily suspended. All in all, thank you for watching, cheers.
