I absolutely love "Paradise"; it’s my favorite show of the year! My top character is Xavier, though I also want to mention Billy. I really appreciated how they developed his character, and I was genuinely sad to see him die-RIP Billy. I’m impressed with how they’re exploring Xavier’s character, particularly his dynamic with the president. It’s compelling to see him grappling with the conflict of serving someone who he knows could have saved his wife, and the emotional fallout from that loss adds depth to the story. I believe this tension will escalate with Billy’s death compounded with the fact he never really wanted to be in that mountain in the first place. He’s determined to take down Delulu Sinatra by any means necessary, and I’m eager to follow his journey. As for Sinatra, I find her character quite diabolical. From the moment she met her husband and bragged about becoming a billionaire, I was done with her. On a different note, why aren’t there any animals in the show? No dogs, cats, or horses at all. Overall, great show and love hearing you guys review!!!

Gabriella is definitely a part of this. She threw Billy in there to cause a rift between him and Xavier… to set Billy up. Why was she so adamant about Xavier talking to Billy. I don’t trust her one bit.

Such a good episode! Great character development techniques were employed. After I saw BillyS scene as a kid where he chose the dog,s life, I knew no matter what going forward, this character had a good heart. Even as the episode went forward I still kept going back to that scene and reminded myself that this was someone who in a bad circumstance will make a good choice based on his heart. Even when we saw that he took out those people, I felt he thought he was doing the right thing. Also not surprised the Monster was revealed. It reminded me of Alternate Universe Walter from Fringe. When you don’t grieve and you chose to believe you can control things you are going to walk a path where your heart will turn cold and not be there to guide your decisions. Also never liked Jane so no surprise she’s a big nasty bad🤣🙂

The president said they had only been down there for 6 months before he sent them out to explore. Since the air in the real world was breathable after only 6 months and now it’s been years since Billy killed them, I think the real world would be even more livable now and greater chance that there is survivors, I even think there’s a chance that Xavier’s wife is still alive. I think this season will concentrate on them finding out the truth about the real world and if we get a season 2, that season will concentrate on the life of the real world and will give us some backstory on the survivors in the real world.

I didn't trust Jane because everyone was ignoring her as a suspect however I didn't think she would turn on Billy until the scene lingered. Billy overplayed his had confronting Symphony, he begged for her to take him out. He should have wrote Xavier a note, maybe he did. Great show expect I don't like the daughter bossing around the Father. Great review video but I ain't going to lie....

The woman told Billy she could breath on the outside without an oxygen mask and he offed her. Did anyone catch that? Billy was on a special forces team. He was an expert sniper, which is why he was chosen to protect the president.

Who does every body think killed the president ? I think it will be interesting that your answer will probably change from episode to episode it will keep you guessing until the very end.

The show asks the questions:”How safe are we REALLY? And can we REALLY trust those we put in place to protect our interests.” I strongly believe, unless there is a convergence of interests between those in power and those affected by it, we are never REALLY truly safe from harm.

I think the reason the President was unalived because he was going to inform the people one of four things is going on: 1) The incident wasn't real 2) The incident is real but not as bad as Sinatra made it out to be 3) The incident is real and Sinatra made it happen 4) There is a serious flaw in the design of the complex with massive consequence. FYI, the president's detail are called Secret Service Agents not security guards. They are a part of the Department of Homeland Security.
