You hit the 21st fret in the intro but a Flea Bass has only 20 frets? What gives?

@@basssoul6874 yeah some live videos he's definitely play his Fender too. I'm not a big Flea oficinado so maybe he doesn't hit the 22st fret but he improvises somehow?

@@ingrid7277 hi Ingrid, same for me. My little one love this song and asked me to transcribe and post, so I did :) regarding the 5 string, its just the D played on B string, if you play 5th fret of a string instead, would be ok, so you could play the Song. Thanks for your Feedback!

This is such a great example of a song which is absolutely PROPELLED by its genius bass line. All the rest of the instrumentation is pretty, and the strings definitely add a lot at times, but it is all much less important for the drive of the song than the bass coupled with the vocals.
