if i don't have a bachelors degree how can i make 6 figures in project management ? the pmp institute stated that you will need to have 60 months project management experience doing projects , if i dont have 60 months experience how do i still get a 6 figure project managment or related job ?

Sometimes introverts find it easy to embody the “servant leader” role of a project manager because introverts don’t like the spotlight as much. I’m introverted and my family is extremely soft spoken… I learned to speak up and lead in the military… I’ve been a leader and (after the military) a project manager for years. I’ve always considered myself more of a “servant leader” than a “manager.” When I was a supervisor, people respected me because I led by example and empowered my team. You can be very successful with any personality type. Remember: project management is really “people management” and “problem management”… you need people skills and problem management skills…
