Do you know how to charge this device with a 6V trickle charger? The lady with the company told me you can charge it with a trickle charger, but that is all she knew to tell me, so in reality, she didn't know what she was talking about. I guess my ultimate question is, I wonder If you're supposed to take apart the charger and hook up the battery directly to the trickle charger or if you can use the terminals on the plastic housing of the device to charge it with? We have a bear visiting our beehives and can't do the 3 day deal on charging, if you know what I mean, haha!

It’s solar. Lol You turn it off and set it in the sun and the sun charges the battery. Or if you’re not having enough sun you can take the battery out and charge it that way. When these work, they are amazing, I have two 18 mile ones and they have given us trouble which we have not found the issue yet but holds 400 lb hogs with no issue when it works. Hope you get yours charged.

use blue shop towels instead of the white paper towels. The white paper towels have a slick surface and youll get more splayed legs that way. Blue shop towels are more of a microfiber surface and they get better grip on it. -AJ's Jumbo Quail

We've always found sprayed leg starts in the incubator at hatch. Some of the time the chick has trouble hatching. Like taking too long. Most of the time it's genetics. Wrong breeding program at the hatchery. Good luck getting them to admit their inbreeding program.

We live completely off grid. So the requirements for us might be different. Now, with that being said. RPS is by design a DIY system.Took my wife and I about an hour to wire, plum, and drop. The about another hour or so to mount, hookup, the panels the mount and hookup the control box. Personally, I'd call RPS for what size system would be best for you. That is what I did and that is why I have a 400v.

@thecountrybunkins8896
@thecountrybunkins8896 3 жыл бұрын
I bought it last year April. It runs great, 2 weeks ago I drained the fuel, put fresh gas in it. Fixed a problem that was caused by me last summer when I changed oil. Word of note....never over fill the crank case, it leaks out and gets the pull rope oily, and blows oil out the air breather. I mean it ran fine last year even with those problems. I just thought going into this season it should be right. A few pulls and fired right up, used for a couple of hours. Told my wife this thing is great and put it back in the barn where it has been all winter long. Talk about dusty, as we raise game birds in there.

These birds run pretty standard at 12 to 14 oz. at 6 weeks. Its their egg size that is really the high point. 16 to 20 grams. We feed 30% feed all the time. Hatching, these eggs do not fit in a GQF quail turner. So we use the GQF chicken turner instead. Only problem is we can only hatch 40 instead of 120.

I really like mine, except for the brush cutter. I'm going to buy the Forrester. It uses chain saw cutting teeth. Yup, saw it on KZbin. I think it would work best on sage brush. Yet another reason to buy this weed whip, it comes with the brush cutter working rod so I only need to change the brush head. Leaving my weed whip rod alone.

I have tried others that have failed within an hour as they use a belt to drive an overhead cam and a nylon gear to drive it. Stay away from ryobi they are junk.put about three hours on it today ended up using a seat belt pad on that strap. No more digging in
