No where in Genesis does it show where God instructed Noah to prophesy or warn at all. Quite the contrary. God had seen the wickedness of man and had decided in no uncertain terms to destroy all life on earth (save Noah, his family, and all the animal life that were put into put into the ark) as written in Gen 6: 5-8 and Gen 6: 13.
