I see where I can do some upgrades and additions... still need an elevator for me... hate that the stairs are next to the master would have to do some sound proofing/dampening because people making too much noise really angers me, overall a good home for entertaining... would changed that laundry down stairs into a catering kitchen with a lot more appliances, move the laundry to that area next to the garage since the master is the only bedroom on main... resale may be difficult with that though being the only bedroom on main.... I am single and only will have my mom living within the house... she can't also do stairs... add laundry upstairs and one down in the basement...basement is where long term people will reside since its a walk out basement and not above the master that is perfect for noise...if not an elevator may do a kitchen also in the basement for my mom so she wouldn't have to go up and down stairs... might have to change it later though for resale...kind of want a home I will never have to resale though.... also, me needing the elevator is a must but I can do stairs sparingly but when I get old NOPE....with a media room, gym, spa, privacy for the landscaping, pool, and safe rooms added... I see a value of 3.5Ms max for me... if it were a one story and had high ceilings and the other bedrooms and baths far from the master and office on at least 2 acers of land... I am intrigued... LOL

Its not worth $5 million. I would not pay more than $2.5 m. Ur paying for location nashville but this house is not worth that price. 4 bedrooms where will guest stay it should have a separate guest house or pool house & a basement with movie theatre.

Like the floorplan. One thing please when filming secondary bathroom show whole tub or shower. If not enough tubs house won't work for little kids

That was a lot of property for just under 3 million. Love the design!!! Master bedroom through me off a little but the onsuite and everything else was amazing.

by all means, I wouldn't pay $7.5M in TN for this house, it's too small for the area, and it has less space outside. It doesn't have much area for kids to play. This is waaay overpriced, sorry
