I do wish when people put ingredients on they would state if it's caster/ granulated sugar, plain or self raising flour or both. What butter salted or unsalted.

I use Cadbury cocoa powder, you can use any brand available, except the dark cocoa

You need to use very less, just as mentioned in recipe. Rest color comes from food coloring

If you are microwaving the butter and milk then just put it in for a minute, and stir until butter is completely melted. Shouldn't b boiling hot

Sugar is added According to the requirement. If you add too much,fondant might become hard by time.

Melt the chocolate in microwave with 30 sec intervals. Stop when half of the chocolate is melted then keep whisking until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

I Don't agree dear, this tastes much better then marshmallow fondant, marshmallow fondant is not pliable at all. It gets stiff and hard as time passes.
