Das ist kein gutes Rezept. Nicht mal eine Gramm Angabe bei dem Eiweiß. Jeder der Macarons backt und dann auch noch ein Video hier einstellt, der sollte doch wohl wissen, dass bei Macarons alle Zutaten grammgenau abgemessen werden müssen. dazu zählt auch das Eiweiß. Zumal es auch unterschiedliche Größen von Eiern gibt!

Hi! While making macarons, measurements must be precise, that's why is in grams. But if you wish to know approx, than it's 3 small to medium eggs. I would suggest you to measure them. Happy baking ❤️

Ich hab es genauso gemacht wie im Video, meins ist nicht so geworden.. Es war fest wie Bonbonmasse und nicht so cremig wie im Video. Konnte es wegwerfen. Woran kann es liegen. Werde nochmal andere Videos ausprobieren 😢
