Hi, what a great site. Are dogs allowed on the beach ???
@touringtroughtonsАй бұрын
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach ,the reception staff did say we could take the dogs onto the far corner off to the right of our pitch but it was very rocky unless you time it right for the tide then there is a small sandy area.
@paulhumphrey3402Ай бұрын
Great video this site is definitely going on our list now looks so nice

It is so good it has everything ,we had a pitch that is categorised as near the sea and was perfect.

I've been looking at this site for our 3 week trip including Annecy starting next week. I asked if the dogs where allowed on the campsite beach and was told no but there is a beach reserved for dogs 5 minutes walk from the campsite beach. Is this the beach in your video?
@touringtroughtons3 ай бұрын
Hi Tim ,Yes, the beach is in the video. When I take them into the water, it is literally 5 mins from the site. Very dog friendly in other areas as well. The water is so nice and sandy underfoot.

possibly the reason you find other walkers grumpy could be that they are wary of your dogs off leads.
@touringtroughtons5 ай бұрын
Nothing wrong with well-behaved dogs off the lead,but I do always put them back on the lead when we approach people as I am well aware that some people do not like dogs. The people were honestly just not up for a simple hello or good morning. But thank you for the comment.

Looks like a lovely town 👍 we paid 11 quid for a pint (well 500ml of course 🙄🤣) in tromso last year! In 2033, if all goes to plan, you can drive an even longer tunnel. The Rogfast project includes a 26.7km long dual tube subsea tunnel. It will be around 390m below sea lever at its deepest. Unfortunately not going to be cheap. Probably double the ferry price it replaces.

The difference in colors between the two rivers is due to the different densities & temperatures of the two rivers along as with the difference of sediment & content between the two rivers. I read about this once before & couldn't quote remember why so I had to Google it again. I'm sure there are other things that have to do with it but what I put above were the main reasons listed supposedly. You are right though nature is pretty weird but also incredible! The Lord definitely did an amazing job with plenty of things that still perplexes us today! It's really amazing that a church that old is still in existent! That's pretty incredible too! Quite an amazing build!! Wish you could have gone inside! 😊❤
