At minute 1.04.35 there is an interesting question,. If I have understood correctly if I am a certified carbon sink and want to become a regulated allowances supplier through the EEX, is it not possible? This is interesting, as it is counterproductive! It will prevent people from joining the green economy, converting land and absorbing carbon! Have I understood correctly?

voyages coming into the EU. where does the voyage start? timbuctoo or somewhere outside EU eg. a bunkering port just out of EU waters?

Thanks for your question, Glenn! The voyage starts where the ship physically leaves from. Timbuktu would be difficult since there isn't a port there. But if a ship leaves from Shanghai and comes to Rotterdam, for example, then that is the complete voyage which counts. Our sun is nearing an 11 yr solar cycle maximum in which sun spots, coronal mass ejections and flares are increasing. These that hit the earth have a big impact on our magnetic field and the jet stream. They "tug" on the continental plates. Notice that earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and crazy weather patterns are increasing? Coincidence? NO. This is cyclical and happens every 11 yrs. DO THE RESEARCH! Human influence on climate change is MINISCULE at best.
