@@tonylatimer1308 thank you for your comment, I'm glad they have updated the newer model 👌 as it was a shame when I bought the old one. The pole was great quality so a shame the pressure let it down. It sounds like the pressure switch is jammed. Pull the head away from the machine (keeping attached) and push towards. Back and forth a few times. It should loosen up. If you haven't already please subscribe as it really helps my channel to grow. I appreciate your support

That condenser filter at the bottom should be rinsed monthly or very 30 uses.

Hya butty, I'm in Wales as well. So in 22 I had my PS001 Pifco steam cleaner unblocked by a local shop. Now it's showing the dreaded green light again! I checked the lill ball, that's fine. Also used a cleaning pin, an it doesnt appear to be blocked. What else could it be?

This solved my problem, turns out the guy who installed the tank didn't fit the inline filter and it was full of plastic shavings from the Fiamma water tank. Thanks mate, I owe you a beer or 5.

Tried the "tapping with a rubber mallet" while running and "Praise Jesus" it started working and drained the whole fresh water tank. I'm ready to go. It helped to say a little prayer first.

My pump was last installed vertically the other way with diaphram up. Can I install like you have here and hook it up to flow in the opposite direction?

Hi David yes you can. We have other vehicles with the pump mounted upright and they work great. This particular vehicle has the pump mounted this way as It came to us already set up this way. It is recommended to mount it as in the video however just in case in the unlikely even the pump leaks and water gets into the motor. This video is now obsolete as the new Igad window cleaners incorporate jets into the brush head which squirt water. The water pipes also run inside the pole for convenience and less flapping. The hoselock connector is better and the pole is all aluminium so the product feels very premium. Mine extends to 6m and is great for cleaning solar panels and velux on the roof.

@@cleanmateltd737 Yeah, it's great. Innovation is inevitably necessary to maintain position in Messer Joffry Bezous' market. I'm glad it has finally affected the water fed pole industry. Maybe the original premium brands will soon find a new equilibrium within the realm of reasonable prices as a result of the new competition.

Thank you for sharing your tutorial, I forgot about these little jet's. I am getting good steam pressure...now another problem has occurred...steam coming from the bottom of shaft that leads to the head..I can imagine I need new rubber seals.. thanks again...getting further with this steam mop. @@cleanmateltd737 thanks again, I will have try that O ring I may get on the vax website as I feel sure the seals and O ring may differ from b&q. I believe it is the O ring as when I press the head down the steam from between the shaft and head the steam subsides. Other than that there is pressure now. I am yet also to clean the water container parts...I wouldn't want to pull them out incase they don't go back properly lol. it is strange in your tutorial that our 9 in 1 vax steam mop should just pack up suddenly.. just shows how much we take these gadgets for granted

I have a little bit of steam coming through when using the pole handle and without. The steam button doesnt press in at all on the body of the steamer. I have cleaned the ball, holes etc. Both lights comes on and it gets hot but not working fully.

Same here, I thought it was mine had a problem due to been stod with water in. But borrowed a friends exactly the same. Friend used it very recently - same problem😢

@@kickilamerton I started pokin a spike into wher that little filter with the balls in and it started letting steam through, so I think it's something to do with that

Thankyou so so much for this video!! We purchased a brand new pump with the intention of replacing our Shureflo pump. We did the tap method and voila!! It started to work. You have saved us over 200 dollars!! Cheers!!

Best advice fixed my steamer, two sessions of bicarbonate of soda not sufficient so needle treatment needed!!! All went well no steaming like a Welsh Dragon great advice many thanks👏👏👏👏👏 Going

Could this same thing possibly happen on a Remco pump? And could battery also have something to do with it?

Hi Mr Mo Pressure, yes this can happen with a Remco pump but when you say battery, do you mean there is no noise coming from the pump at all when you initially turn on the power?
