I did Murph at Rocky Top CF after the 2022 MACC Semi-final! I met and chatted with Kari Pearce. Deb IS indeed a fantastic host! Also, so cool that you use a unique platform to reach so many people with the messages of health, fitness, and faith. A terrific ambassador for Christ and CrossFit.

Great video, like that Dave is humble and will sacrifice hisself against a very fit and younger athlete. Also really dig he let them shoot a .22LR vs a high power rifle. Getting fit, hospitality, community, having fun etc is what CrossFit is all about.

What I love most about CF is the unapologetic American way of life & the lifestyle of doing hard things sprinkled throughout! Also, the guns & the shooting. Just unashamed of being warriors & carrying with you a warrior mindset. Also, love my 1911s
