@@Paperochek Forgiving, maybe, depends on your definition, easy, hell naw. I have very extensive experience with platformers including tough ones like Celeste and this game is very hard, and for all the wrong reasons IMO. And before somebody else comes at me with sKiLl iSsUe, I completed both the main game and the DLC with all collectibles.

It's probably not the Demon King (Dweller of Strife fused with the Acolytes), but i'm 95% sure it is a world eater, could be any dweller really when you see they usually just turn into gigantic purple flesh masses with teeth and wings when they evolve. but then again, we don't know! All i know is i LOVE the universe they built with these 2 games and i'm definitely looking forward to more

@@athan_valentine To back up my point, anytime we travel through time in the messenger we always end up on the same patch of land. Most likely, when the messenger travelled to the far far future, he ended up on the future mesa island, where the demon king would have been residing at that point for thousands of years. That's why I think it's the evolved demon king, although there's still some things we don't know about it, like how its able to be harmed really well with a regular sword, compared to solstice magic which is typically the weapon used to obliterate dwellers, although that could be due to its mortal components. Either way, I agree with you in that this worldbuilding these 2 games have given us is fantastic.

Turns out it's the World Eater that you fight after the Final Boss.

@@TheBanishedWind nope ! It's actually confirmed that they got fused into the Demon King of The Messenger, and the World Eater we fight after the final boss is just a random one that the fleshmancer had been cooking up for Serai's world

@@athan_valentine I knew about the Acolytes becoming the Demon King, but the World Eater at the end is the same being that chases the Ninja after he gets the Magic Note in the Corrupted Future.
