Center of gravity is pretty low on these so it feels stable. As long as you keep the bucket low, it should be OK. That being said, I have tipped this machine before.😂

Love how you went the poured in place walls versus block, much stronger. Like how clean you have kept the job site, form work can be really messy. Walls look clean, straight and plumb. Great job! The homeowner should be very happy with your work.

Nice but we're going to run out of sand for concrete in time. Use gabions...until we run out of stones.

Stone walls or gabions would have looked nicer than concrete yet buying the stones would make them expensive. I have a couple of gabions in my garden and I used river-stones for the exterior only because they are expensive and inside I used even some old concrete scraps that were around and whatever stone was sitting close by.

@@vivalaleta Not everyone but sometimes if a person wants a certain type of stone and it is not on his property, then yes. In my case, I do have lots of stones but the river stones were nicer so I wanted my gabions with that look.

All water diverts to the street at the moment. Once the plants are in, lots of that water will be captured by the plants 🙂

Wow. I had this backyard. Minus all those stairs. Mom would carve stairs into the dirt and then lay a paver down. When she had some that is. Most of it has become slope again after her passing. But we have some beautiful plants up there and in spring it’s a lush green. ❤
