Not sure how or why this showed up on my feed, but Shelley Lubben was a con-artist and drug addict who died back in 2019. Some of the women she alleged to have "saved" said Shelley only caused further hindrances and did not save them at all.

My dad looked at pornography magazines and movies I was a teenager when I found the pornography really young and naive I thought this is the way I'm supposed to be cuz I was looking over the pretty women and I thought well those women are so pretty and I wanted so bad to look like them well when I was in my early teens I dress like them and I got all this attention from the man and whistles and I didn't look at it as something degrading I love the attention it made me feel powerful it made me feel in control it was just like the biggest high for me when I was really young as a teenager I had men wanting to pick me up on the street saying if I need a ride and a date and one guy said I had nice legs I mean I had this go on when I was a teenager and then one day when I was in my twenties it started to come to a stop but it set me up to be a girl thinking that I had to have sex with men and being a relationship and that's what I was supposed to doit was one man at a time for several years and then another man for several years and another man and another man and then it got shorter over the time this is the way I lived my whole life this was my world I didn't know anything else this was the way I lived for so long and then some were predators and some hooked me to them so they could use me for sex I've been through so much and it lasts so long until I got older now that I'm older I'm kind of happy about it because nothing like this has happened and plus I've been in therapy and I've been learning and growing from this and now I know what this was but I was so naive this is what pornography has done to me when I found my dad's pornography it does ruin families my dad had two affairs with two women I know of got in a sexual transmitted disease I did too and it was actually the same thing he had there were problems in the relationship between my mom and my dad and our family just was dysfunctional pornography is a living hell on both sides of the stick it is not worth it it gives the wrong message to the people that look at it and the people that are doing itI didn't have movies but I had a couple of pictures that were taken of me that were very sexy and when I watch this I could understand it completely you still need to talk about it you've got PTSD because of it lol it's something you'll always remember but it's good to educate people and I'm really thankful for this for this documentary

Shelly Leuben lied about the porn industry. It’s a bad profession but the people involved aren’t at all what she claimed. In the end, Shelly was a conwoman and a dangerous liar.

They did the same thing to my husband, and told me he was brain dead and that he would be nothing but a vegetable. He was put into self induced coma and self induced paralyzed for over 21/2 weeks. And when they took him off life support he wook up talking and excelled in everything. Over 11 years and he is still with me and I love him so very much. God is great.

Who would want their loved one to live like this?

It's interesting to me how everyday all across the United States people myself included have allowed beloved pets to be killed by euthanasia and we call it an act of mercy which it is. However, that same mercy cannot be extended to human beings because of this ridiculous BS religious paranoia that it's disrupting "God's plan".

This case made me very grateful that I was not subjected to religious fanaticism as a child and that I could think with an independent mind rather than religious guilt. This literally reminds me of the jonestown massacre where parents were gleefully willing to live. Their children suffer simply because they thought that God wanted them to.

ICUs aren’t long-term care units. They never have been. If the average patient was there for months there would never be an open bed. Long term vs. intensive care are very different.

They say she was brain dead with no consciousness and it was cruel to keep her alive in this state. Was she in pain? If she wasn’t conscious and aware AT ALL like they said - was she suffering ? Yeah, idk how I feel about this one. Especially knowing the husband just basically wanted to move on. Why couldn’t he have just moved on and let her parents take care of terry ? It’s cruel to just stop feeding her and let her family watch her starve to death for 2 weeks ?? Insane. Fucked up.

Very sad, but that lifestyle has metaphysical effects upon the soul, in many ways that's spiritually irreparable. She like many, could have made better moral ethical choices, but working a 9 to 5 was beneath them, even though it would have saved their spiritually dignity, and sense of self worth. God's warnings are many, but when we turn away from them, the consequences are self evident.
