I submitted my refund application over five weeks ago and later received a call from the Sydney office informing me that the refund could not be processed to my original payment method as the tickets were purchased online. I promptly provided my bank details as requested. Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received an email a week ago stating that my application had been received and was under review. The lack of responsiveness from the Sydney office is appalling-they do not answer phone calls, making follow-ups frustrating and time-consuming.
