Fantastic video JP. Humble and honest. Looking forward to reading your book. This resonates so much to me personally, I like many listeners can relate to what you’ve said. Stay strong, stay inspiring, stay fit and well. Somebody give this beautiful man a hug!! 🙌🏾xx

Quran 4:34 There are bad things in the Quran, you are very irresponsible, when she says the Quran only has good things you had to ask her what she thinks about this Quran 4:34 Men are above women and when they don't obey men are allowed to punish them.

Alhamdulillah!!! I am most definitely not a runner and just came across a clip of this podcast and decided to watch it in full. I am inspired by both Maliha and the host. To speak your truth is so powerful. Thank you both for sharing with us ❤

Your experience is ass. My appetite after a run is less than if I did nothing at all. The digestive system kinda shuts down after a long run.
@serbianspaceforce6873Ай бұрын
it's all personal. and as long as you're in a deficit it doesn't matter, you can overeat and still lose weight if you're burning even more calories
@bruhdon4748Ай бұрын
Nah I call bullshit, I was 17 and a half stone, been fat since childhood, hated running with a passion my whole life, I eventually decided enough was enough and started running every day, I lost 4 and a half stone within a year, I’ve kept that weight off and even gained muscle from working out, running is insanely valuable, any kind of cardio is going to make you hungry because you’re burning fat and using energy. 🤦🏻♂️

Ah I really like Ryan, always thought he was too good to be on MIC. A man with such integrity is better than a drama/ego fuelled reality show. X

I feel like, at times, Josh pivoted the conversation to make himself feel involved. Really just wanted to hear Ryan share his story without constant caveats

Really enjoyed this podcast. Two men so raw with their feelings so honest and real. With Ryan could really feel it's going deep. A lot of men still these days don't dig deep and struggle to be so raw with their emotions. Well done. On the flip side so very sorry what you and Louise and Leo had to go through. I have a son same age as Leo and ensured some struggles myself but can not fathom this.
