So great going across your video! My grandfather was a gentleman farmer. On the eastern side of PA. I moved to Connecticut lake Westetn Pa to closer to our kids and now grandkids. We went from having accessed to our home grown food to clay soil and minimal space. We have Been trying to learn raised beds. And the cold long winter. I’m excited to just listen to your information! Thank you for your heart for the land and quality food!

His perspective on how regenerative methods can benefit both the soil and the community is so important for the future of farming! Thanks for sharing this valuable conversation! 💚

Thank you for doing this video and remembering my Grandpa Frye. I own the homestead now. We still have a few of the plants. Your video inspired me to begin harvesting it again using the young stalks in salads, stews, and chili. Provides a nice tanginess. Next year I am going to separate the older plants to be able to give more to friends and family. Cheers!

do not get me wrong, it is absolutely beautiful, but hombre to eat one carrot, two radishes and half a leaf of kale will only empty your wallet on buying supplements.

very nice but if you are a vegetarian and you get two slices of cucumber or paprika or whatever like that and few flowers you need 15-20 courses to get enough nutrients. that'd be equivalent to about 1000 euros meal. and most of the riches are not vegetarians.
