Shame the holster fails to live up to the multitool. Loses its shape fast, the velcro patch is small and weak.

Total rubbish I got it yesterday the bottle opener mechanism does not open bottles. It was designed by an idiot.

Before selling my Nextool Knight to pay for the same generic one shown here, I had to use it's implements to open the Nextool's screwdriver and other smaller tools. That's how tight they're were to deploy. Perhaps the Nextool's main screws should be loosened and sprayed with lubricants. Might help.

I like it but I don't love it. Its sort of inelegant and bulky compared to a Leatherman or a Gerber with the same features. The selling point is the scissors but at the same time, the scissors on a tiny victorinox SAK are just as servicable even if smaller. I think if the chinese just got a tad better at making these things with a modicum of effort they could make a great product but they keep iterating the same thing so its improvements are all relative to the hundreds of cheap versions they cranked out.

I discovered this knife company last year and bought both the brushed steel and black oxide versions of the JL-17, a knife with a slingshot accessory...I couldn't believe that such an inexpensive knife had bushings with bearings! It opens so smooth. I haven't seen the knife in this video yet, but I would buy one based on my experience with the JL-17 model.

I am impressed with the quality of the knife in this video specially given the low cost. It's no longer available from the link I posted (where I bought it), however. Thank you for informing us about the JL-17 model. My curiosity is piqued and I will try to find one here in our market.

@@cimarron123Mine had no covering on the nail file and no scratches. I got mine directly from Roxon. I am not impressed with it. The scissors are too small and awkward. The plier head is tiny.

Thanks for your feedback. I believe I was given a used Roxon M1 passed off as brand new. Perhaps an employee from the Roxon distributor made the switcheroo. I have the Roxon M1, M2, and M3 and I least like the M1. The M2 is the best for me among the three.

This tool either WorkPro 16 or Gerber Suspension NXT would be my overall favorite choice for my needs, if, they replaced the useless file/depth gauge with a saw. See no reason it could not be done.
