О меткости Российских ракет говорит следующий факт. Выпустили ракеты, задав им точное окно в здании украинского Министерства Обороны в Киеве в которое они должны попасть. Одна упала в Молдове за что та выслала Российского посла, вторая упала на село в Воронежской области и снесла целую улицу. Расследование инцидентов показало что, оказывается, на одной из этих ракет вся электроника была Российского производства, на второй китайского.
