My render is blank

my problem here is that when i click render image it keeps closing :( can someone help me fix this problem?

Help, when I set the render in the cuda element, and in the gpu cycles during rendering only the processor is loaded at 100%, although one day ago I rendered and the processor was at 20% and where I worked I downloaded another version of blender, it again rendered normally the next day the same case of checking. again where it renders only on the processor, sometimes they slip through but only the processor is loaded what is the problem (rendering also happens).

Why, when choosing a video card, does the load go to the processor 100% and to the video card 3%?

tutorials like this shouldn't just show the shortcuts. at the very least please also show what the tool is actually called, or where is it in the menu. when they upgraded from 2.7 to 2.8, all the key mappings were invalidated. the internet was flooded with tutorials pre-2.8 back then, and none of them would have worked in 2.8 whatsoever because the change was just .... more like a complete makeover. now here we are again with blender shifting up the keybinds. welp.
