HR is not your friend. Tread carefully. Even when you have all the receipts, the moment you take something like this to HR they start to build a case to protect the company. This is especially true if you're trying to make a case against toxic leadership. Companies often protect leadership otherwise it looks bad on them for putting someone like this in charge.

This solely depends on what each individual deems as toxicity. Everyone's "toxic" isn't the same, such as someone who lives a DINK lifestyle may deem the Married Life as toxicity

No no feedback is for management to handle or why do we have management? Taking things in your own hands might start a feud or a fight especially if that person is a straight up arse hole. Been there done that got fired for zero tolerance rules.

If your boss is toxic and a jerk and your organization has a Union call your business representative of your union, the more calls made to your union rep about the harrassments made to you by a toxic boss, will eventually get the toxic boss fired even HR will get tired of the calls coming in for the toxic boss.

It’s called coping skills, need to learn them, life is too beautiful to let any person or group tarnish my excitement. I’ve started working at a company 8 months ago, and there are two coworkers, both are my equal and kind of best friend to each other, only thing that they do is complaining about every single little thing and talking behind literally everyone, including the managers. The worst case is, they are not good at all in their job, but they have kind of a dominant character and even our manager respects them (he, on the contrary has a very passive character, he is very nice to them and sadly they talk shit behind him). They are being really close to me, inviting me to hang out after work, but I’ve learned that 2 previous employees before me quit before they finish their first year lol. Google says “keep your distance, focus on your job, don’t interact blah blah blah” but if you distance yourself from them, they will come at you even more (experience…). It sucks that you have to think all these things and be extra careful with toxic coworkers instead of simply focusing on your work, do your job and leave…

Regarding the title of your video: why tf should I care what labor is dreaming of? I don't like highly motivated ambitious people. I think they're annoying, abusive, manipulative, aggressive, destructive, and mean. Why would I want to help them?? Why would I want to be like them??

I am an older worker and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, but my issue is after the first 3 weeks, managers and co-workers tend to want to pigeon hole me in lower role and not value my opinion. I work really hard and go above and beyond my role expectations. I do not socialise much - where am I going wrong?

The problem is that the annoying one is the most “valuable worker” in the company… she’s supposed to teach me but she doesn’t. She’s a bossy woman who think’s she runs the show… it’s unfortunately for the company but I’ll have to look for something else if she doesn’t change her attitude towards me !
