I had soaked almonds and roasted black chic peas with green tea in am. Black chic peas are high in iron but I am going to soak the dry organic ones I have and try yr recipe. How long can we keep just the Boiled chickpeas in fridge?

Gorgeous and delightful--am all over it--making tonight! [Cooking up a storm] Outstanding! Really enjoyed! I had baby spinach, so didn't bother blanching because it cooks so quickly. Also, I pressed the tofu to get most of the water out to get a more solid mouth-feel. Love this dish and will put it in rotation. Served over rice alongside a quick mango chutney, as well as cucumbers with cumin and coriander.
