Pro tip: Don't have the War Tuba dog tag equipped while attempting 'An Omen'. Just spent 2 days figuring out why I can't get the morse code to play there. Big thanks to the BFEE Discord server for helping me with that one.

@@Folany if you got a smoke grenade to drop and can’t interact with the pillars anymore for that server, then you’ve the Dogtag. It’s registered in BF1’s database. Restart your game and you’ll be good.

i found a relatively consistent way of activating the trumpet for the A Beginning Dog tag, you have to go close, about face to face length, then aim at the symbol and find the sweet spot where the symbol clips through your gun/sight/scope, i got it to sound the trumpet multiple times using this method, hope it makes your EE hunting much more convenient, cheers

Do I need all the tags to get the escalation skin because whenever I go to the top of the lighthouse, the interaction button isn’t there. I have the beginning tag and omen and I’m 100% sure I got the Morse code right

@@WanWoodler You got the Morse code wrong, or you inputted the code wrong. I’m fairly certain you got the starting letter for your Morse code wrong. For example the correct code ABCDE has 5 starting points BCDEA CDEAB DEABC EABCD and lastly, the only *correct* code: ABCDE which will trigger the smoke. Be careful in obtaining and interpreting the Morse. You can do the requirements in any order, but you must do them all before going to the Passchendaele mines.

@@novainfinity6930 you didn’t destroy the Angel statues correctly, then. Restart in a new server. You can destroy the statues in any order you’d like, except for the hidden switch one - that’s the last statue for everyone. Unless you meant “I didn’t receive an Angel Sighting”: You’re not supposed to. Angel Sighting is completed on River Somme, not Caporetto. You only get one dogtag per map/requirement. Belly of the Beast on Caporetto, Angel Sighting on river Somme.

I struggle to record decent footage of morse code at Albion (PC). WInd is so strong that it´s very difficult to try to decript it. Even after repeating jackfrags steps i am unable to see the code. Any thoughts?

@@Marsoe94 Avoid the snow storms. You can tell it’s a snow storm when visibility is low, and snow will fall onto your characters’s glove. Just keep hopping in and out of servers until you get clear weather. And use this guide instead: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHO6f4JoZ9yIp7s&feature=shared

Finally did it thanks to this guide. I love that there's a Troubleshooting section for each requirement, this is insanely helpful. Also someone needs to make a documentary video how this all was discovered because some of these like the whole 'A Conflict' part are borderline insane to figure out

Sorry to hear about the trolls - they’ve significantly ramped up their efforts over the years, but 2 days for the entire questline being griefed 7x times on Soissons (the hardest puzzle for first timers for sure) is a dang good effort. @@leandrosaraiva4266 You keep getting the server’s code(s) wrong. Record pure (no pausing or moving) Morse for a minute so you can identify the starting gap(s). They’ll occur around every 15 seconds or so where the the Morse slightly pauses before playing again. For example ADDCB has 5 different starting points: DDCBA, DCBAD, CBADD, BADDC, and lastly the (correct) code: ADDCB. Only inputting CAEEB *ADDCB* FEAADDAD would work in this example.

Appreciate the guide man, it's a big help, I grabbed the peace keeper five years ago on console, and now I just finished it for P.C. Also, the app 'ggmorseapp', solved all my codes without having to manually decipher, like I did back in the day. The mozzy morse solver, definitely saves a ton of pain, instead of 48 hours, it's cut down into eight.

Hey there, I am stuck on the An omen part of the easter egg. Right when I climb on the water tower the creepy sound starts playing. But after that there is not the usual morse code playing but a different version it seems. Sounds like someone imitating morse. I cant get anything out of that. Does someone know why this happens and how I get the correct morse code to play? Thanks

@@freddyc2378 Sounds like a guy with a high pitched voice going mmmebebbeemmnebebbee or something like that? Take off the ‘War Tuba’ dogtag(s). If you’re hearing the phantom Morse but you’re still receiving infiltrator Morse, just climb down from the water tower, wait a few seconds, then climb back up and you’ll trigger the phantom Morse again.
